With impressive dimensions of 150mm x 185mm x 114mm and a new type of performance intercooler core, this intercooler is specifically designed to meet the high demands of the VW engine. Compared to the original intercooler, it offers an amazing 106% more external core volume. The intelligent ratio between the inner and outer cooling surfaces ensures maximum heat transfer while allowing optimal internal airflow. Through CAD design and CFD simulations, the cast aluminium end boxes have been perfected to provide excellent cooling characteristics with minimal back pressure. The result is optimal cooling of the supercharged air and a significant increase in performance for your engine.
