may not be legal for use on public roads.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

We accept no liability for the use of such products on public highways.

16. Installation Responsibility

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products supplied by us do not include installation services.

We strongly recommend professional installation where appropriate.

We are not liable for:

  • Additional repair costs
  • Consequential damage arising from installation errors

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

  • Labour charges

We shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

19. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
