VTT N54/55 BMW Single Piece Silicone Cold Side Charge Pipe
Description
Replace the restrictive, failure-prone factory cold-side plumbing with a flexible one-piece charge pipe engineered for supported E-series BMW N54 and N55 vehicles. The 6-ply, wire-reinforced silicone construction isolates charge air from engine-bay heat and is rated for more than 200 psi.
Smooth High-Flow Profile
The pipe begins at approximately 64 mm / 2.5 inches at the outlet connection and expands to approximately 77 mm / 3 inches toward the throttle body. Smooth molded transitions reduce connection count and eliminate multiple rigid joints found in many charge-pipe systems.
Kit Contents
- One VTT one-piece silicone cold-side charge pipe
- Two CNC-machined adapters for the MAP sensor and methanol bung
- One billet throttle-body adapter
- Two T-bolt clamps
- Integrated 1/8 NPT methanol-injection port
N54 Valve Options
N54 configurations are available for diverter valves, HKS-style blow-off valves, and Turbosmart-style blow-off valves. Select the connection that matches the installed valve hardware.
Installation
Typical installation can be completed in about 30 minutes by an experienced technician. Seat every adapter fully, orient clamps for access and clearance, confirm the methanol port is sealed when unused, and pressure-test the charge system before hard use.
