VTT Modular PCV/Catch Can Single Can

Description

Build a crankcase-ventilation layout around the vehicle instead of forcing the vehicle around a fixed hose arrangement. The VTT modular system supports custom vacuum, vent-to-atmosphere, and one-way-breather configurations using separately selected fittings, hose, and check valves.

CNC-Machined Construction

• 6061-T6 aluminum catch can
• Integrated sight glass for fluid-level inspection
• Optional -6 ORB drain-cock configuration with 1/8 NPT barb hardware
• Compatible modular mounting architecture

Single-Can Configuration

This listing is for the single-can version with the applicable base mounting arrangement. Fittings, hose, check valves, breathers, and engine adapters vary by installation and must be selected to match the intended PCV routing.

Planning the System

Determine whether the engine will use manifold vacuum, turbo-inlet vacuum, vent-to-atmosphere operation, or a combined arrangement. Confirm hose size, valve direction, available mounting space, and service access before ordering components.

Service and Maintenance

Inspect the sight glass regularly and drain the can before it becomes full. Service frequency depends on engine condition, boost, fuel, climate, and PCV routing. Verify all hoses and fittings remain secure and unrestricted.
