All Ferodo fluids are of Glycol based ether composition, and are suitable for brake and clutch use. Additionally DOT 5.1 has the following characteristics:

Warning

Usage restricted to experienced mechanics only Contains polyalkylene glycol ether and other esters. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid excessive skin contact. If swallowed, seek medical advise and show the container. In case of eye contact, flush with water for 10 minutes.
