This is AIRTEC Motorsport Alloy Radiator for Cosworth Models
AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to introduce our radiator upgrade designed specifically for track or fast road use. This alloy radiator is a direct replacement for all 3-door (including RS500), Sapphire, and Escort Cosworth models. It utilizes all original bolt holes and hoses, ensuring easy installation.
The all-alloy construction of this radiator offers improved heat displacement compared to the original plastic radiator. This results in lower running temperatures and enhanced cooling efficiency.
The optional fitting kit includes uprated polyurethane mounting bushes, replacing the soft rubber bushes typically used. This upgrade reduces movement and flex, providing added stability.
The AIRTEC alloy radiator is available in two finishes: Pro-Series Black or Natural Silver.
